BLAKE AT SCSECS
Jim S. Borck (Louisiana State University) is organizing a seminar on “Blake and Eighteenth-Century Illustration” for the annual meeting of the South Central Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies at the University of Texas (Austin), 5-7 March 1981: “The seminar will examine the interrelationships of the visual and the verbal arts in the 18th century, concentrating upon William Blake, but extending that examination also to the picturesque, other types of book illustration, and perhaps caricature.”[e]
